华东国际机电城前身系华东机电市场，占地面积60多亩，建筑面积40000平方米。 随着经济和社会的进步，原市场已远远不适应发展的需要。2011年05月经临沂商城管委会批准，集团投资1.2亿元对市场进行原址改造提升。仅用3个月的时间，一个由A、B、C、D四个展厅组成的高档次、高标准、大规模、超豪华的现代化市场就展现在世人面前。由于措施得力、组织严密、工作细致，商户都挑选到了自己称心如意的店铺，所有商户高兴地搬入新市场。

With economic and social progress, the original market had become far from able to meet development needs. In May 2011, with the approval of the Linyi Mall Management Committee, the Group invested RMB 120 million to renovate and upgrade the market on its original site. In just three months, a high-grade, high-standard, large-scale, and luxurious modern market composed of four exhibition halls, A, B, C, and D, stood before the world. Thanks to effective measures, tight organization, and meticulous work, all merchants selected shops to their satisfaction and happily moved into the new market.
