The China (Linyi) International Industrial Products Procurement Center (Linyi Lunan International Industrial Products Procurement Center) project is located at the intersection of Tongda Road and Yihe Road in Luozhuang District, Linyi, with an advantageous geographical location. The project has a planned land area of 1,500 mu (≈1,000,000 sqm), a total floor area of more than 1.8 million sqm and a total investment of RMB 6 billion. Led by the hardware and auto parts industries, it is a super-large comprehensive trade complex integrating trade wholesale, warehousing and logistics, information trading, business exhibitions, boutique apartments and star-rated hotels. Phase I, the Linyi Science & Technology Hardware Mall project, covers 200 mu (≈133,400 sqm) with a floor area of 300,000 sqm. Following the principle of overall planning and phased development, construction of the project began on September 17, 2012; 180,000 sqm of floor area has now been completed, and the market grandly opened on April 25, 2014. The more than 900 shops of the Phase I market achieved a 100% leasing rate, operating at full occupancy.
