Lusu Metal Industrial Park (Linyi Lusu Steel Market) has a planned land area of 700 mu (≈467,000 sqm), to be built in two phases. Phase I covers 392 mu (≈261,000 sqm), with a total floor area of 353,000 sqm; of this, 210 mu (≈140,000 sqm) has been built and is open for operation, with a counted floor area of 181,000 sqm and an investment of RMB 285.85 million. Construction began on July 11, 2020, was completed on May 10, 2021, and the park opened for operation on June 1, 2021. It is located northwest of the intersection of Yinxing Road and Yinghua Road in Fuzhuang Subdistrict Office, Luozhuang District, Linyi, adjacent to the Lanling Exit of the Beijing–Shanghai Expressway and the Luozhuang Exit of the Lanhe Expressway, with good transport and location advantages.
