Huaqiang Science and Technology Town opened on May 25, 2009. It adjoins Qingnian Road to the north, runs along Mengshan Avenue to the east, and neighbors Linyi Decoration Town to the south. The main building has six floors and the trading building four floors, with a floor area of 50,000 sqm, 30,000 sqm of trading space, and 300 businesses in residence. The first floor houses the branded digital products zone and the security and surveillance zone; the second floor is for branded computers, computer accessories and computer assembly; the third floor is for office consumables of all kinds; the fourth floor is a warehousing zone for computers, printing and office supplies; and the fifth and sixth floors form a comprehensive zone for e-commerce, offices and business negotiations.
