It is a modern market and logistics park integrating five functions: sample display, brand agency, warehousing and distribution, e-commerce and international trade. The China Huaqiang Building Materials Warehousing and Logistics Park covers a total of 533 mu with a floor area of 500,000 sqm and a total investment of RMB 1.6 billion, and is a key project of the Linyi municipal government. Huaqiang Sanitary Ware Market occupies 187 mu within the park, with more than 500 shops able to accommodate over 300 businesses.
