临沂华丰国际服装城原为华丰服装鞋帽市场，位于解放路和通达路交汇处西北侧，建成于上世纪八十年代。该市场当时位于临沂城区西郊，起初就是一片大棚，被外界称为临沂“西效大棚底”，并被誉为临沂市场的发源地。市场历经30年高速发展，形成规模大、品种全、覆盖广、市场专的优势，拉动了区域经济的腾飞，成为鲁南、苏北地区最大的专业服装批发市场。市场综合效益自开业以来一直稳居临沂批发市场的前列，为商城的发展壮大做出了突出贡献。为更好地适应现代商贸物流业的发展，经临沂市政府批准，市场自2007年开始，对老市场分三期进行提升改造，并更名为——华丰国际服装城。

Linyi Huafeng International Garment Town, formerly the Huafeng Clothing and Footwear Market, is located at the northwest side of the intersection of Jiefang Road and Tongda Road and was built in the 1980s. At the time, the market was located in Linyi's western suburbs and was at first little more than a stretch of sheds, known to outsiders as Linyi's 'western suburb sheds' and hailed as the birthplace of Linyi's markets. After 30 years of rapid development, the market has built strengths in large scale, complete product range, wide coverage, and market specialization, driving the take-off of the regional economy and becoming the largest professional clothing wholesale market in southern Shandong and northern Jiangsu. Its comprehensive performance has ranked among the top of Linyi's wholesale markets since it opened, making an outstanding contribution to the growth of the mall district. To better adapt to the development of modern commerce, trade, and logistics, and with the approval of the Linyi municipal government, the market began upgrading and renovating the old market in three phases starting in 2007, and was renamed Huafeng International Garment Town.
