It was developed by Shandong Yuan Group with an investment of RMB 2 billion as a professional hotel supplies wholesale market — the world's largest in scale, highest in grade, best in planning, most complete in functions, and most standardized in management. The market's facade adopts a public-building-style design similar to airports and high-speed rail stations, distinctive and unforgettable. It creatively adopts a 'floor-by-floor ground-floor' design concept, with ramps and spiral ramps leading directly to each floor, realizing ground-floor treatment for shops on every floor and maximizing vertical value. Inside, it references the decoration design of large shopping centers, with perfect circulation and high-grade finishes, making the wholesale market comparable to a shopping mall and greatly improving people's consumption and shopping experience.
