临沂永信北方国际家居建材城是由安徽安粮地产开发建设的30万㎡五金机电、品牌家居建材总部基地。总占地面积293亩，总投资15亿元，规划有家居、建材、五金、仓储物流、商务休闲娱乐等综合功能配套。一期建筑面积13万㎡，三层连体商铺，可容纳商户1000多家，是五金机电、管材辅料集散基地，于2012年9月开业。

It covers a total land area of 293 mu (≈195,000 sqm), with a total investment of RMB 1.5 billion, and is planned with comprehensive supporting functions including home furnishings, building materials, hardware, warehousing and logistics, and business leisure and entertainment. Phase I has a floor area of 130,000 sqm, with three-story connected shops, and can accommodate more than 1,000 merchants; it is a distribution base for hardware and electromechanical products, pipes and auxiliary materials, and opened in September 2012.
